There are many studies on how widespread the problem of overprovisioning the cloud infrastructure is. A typical approach to mitigating this problem is monitoring your infrastructure and making the proper downscaling decisions.During this talk, the speaker will present an approach to performing the system design that might help with preventing this issue and general infrastructure maintenance. We'll review the idea of defining the system usage model in code using the CUE language and see how it can be used to derive the Terraform configuration.
